This edition of the Bible contains the text of the Authorized King James Version along with parallel renderings from the American Standard Version and the Revised Standard Version. It contains a number of features, such as a question and answer section entitled “Man’s Questions — God’s Answers,” an encyclopedic index, concordance, and dictionary, as well as maps and illustrations. The words of Jesus are printed in red ink. The cover depicts a copy of a painting of Jesus by Heinrich Hofmann accompanied by the title “King of Kings.”

Printed in 1967 by Consolidated Book Publishers, Chicago, Illinois. Acquired by Lizzy Hubler Hobel;[1] Gifted to John E. Hobel; Gifted in 2017 to Lucy Brewster, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Donated in 2018 to Museum of the Bible, Washington, DC.
