This double frame features photographs of Elisabeth Elliot’s first husband, Jim, and their daughter, Valerie. Elisabeth Elliot (1926–2015) was a missionary to the Waodäni people of Ecuador in the 1950s with her husband, Jim Elliot. After Jim’s death, Elisabeth and Valerie returned to Ecuador as missionaries until the 1960s. Elisabeth went on to write dozens of books and served as a stylistic consultant for the committee of the New International Version of the Bible. This frame sat on her office desk until her death in 2015.
