Tatev Monastery, situated in the mountains of southern Armenia, is one of the most significant cultural heritage sites in Armenia, and dates back to the ninth century. The monastery complex includes three churches—the oldest from the sixth century—as well as a library and a university. To get there, visitors must either drive up a long winding road, or utilize the newly completed cable car, one of the longest in the world. This 1:100 model is a gift of Aurora Humanitarian Initiative.

Created by 2020 by Студия Модель, manufacturer; Acquired in 2020 by Aurora Humanitarian Initiative Charitable Foundation, Yerevan, Armenia; Donated in 2020 to Museum of the Bible, Washington, DC.
