Isaac Newton is universally known for his contributions to science—chiefly the law of gravity and the three laws of motion—but he was also a Christian who worked and wrote as much on religious topics as scientific issues. In Observations upon the Prophecies of Daniel and the Apocalypse of St. John, Newton outlined his approach to biblical prophecy, analyzed several prophecies contained in Daniel and Revelation, and considered the connection between the prophetic symbolism of the Old and New Testaments. This is a Swedish translation of Newton’s Prophecies, which appeared 33 years after his death.
